Call for Papers

The "News From Higher Educational Institutions: Sociology, Economics, Politics" is an academic Journal focusing on the theory and methodology of research of socio-economic, socio-political and socio-cultural processes. It highlights cutting edge research, new concepts and theories, and fresh practical ideas and initiatives. The editors of the Journal welcome contributions from throughout the world in the following research areas:

  • Management processes
  • Theory and methodology of research of social processes
  • Political and legal processes
  • Economic and demographic processes
  • Cultural traditions and innovations
  • Development of science and education: challenges and future outlook
  • Information technologies and online world

Empirical studies, conceptual papers, meta-analyses, literature reviews, case studies, quantitative and qualitative studies, pedagogical innovations, practitioner perspectives, and book reviews are all welcome. Papers can adopt a historical perspective, a current perspective or a future perspective. Contributions from practitioners along with academics in the field, reporting on the latest strategies, new thinking and initiatives being applied are published as well.

The Journal is published quarterly in March, June, September and December. Each paper is reviewed by the Editors, and, if judged suitable for this publication, is then sent to our referees for double blind peer review. The Editors then decide whether the paper should be accepted as it is, revised or rejected.

Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the publisher.

The author is responsible for the selection and objectivity of the facts, data and other information, as well as the absence in the materials submitted plagiarism and unauthorized borrowing. The Editors are not responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of the materials submitted by the authors.

The editors reserve the right to cut and edit articles.

Contributing to the editor for publication constitutes acceptance by the author the above requirements.
